The contact details displayed within the Application are based on the user's registration within their organisation. When a user registers with the Application, their contact information is stored within the Application's database for organisational purposes only.

This contact information is maintained at an organisational level and is not connected to the user's mobile device's contact list. Users only have access to contact details of other registered members within their organisation — no external contacts are accessed or used by the Application.

Hoicko may store user profile images and contact information at the organisation level for the purposes of task management, team collaboration, and other management functions within the Application. This information is securely stored and used solely for the intended purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
